Ready to learn how to book live music with us? Take a look at our simple and streamlined process below. We’ll handle the logistics, so you can focus on making your venue the best it can be:
- Create a gig post covering all of the information your chosen artist will need to know, including the date and time, your payment terms, and any equipment they will need to bring.
- Your gig will be shared with singers on the GigPig platform, or you can choose to send it exclusively to the artists on your favourites list.
- You’ll then be able to see which artists are available for your booking and how much they charge.
- Browse their individual profiles, listen to samples, and book a gig once you’ve made your decision.
- Once accepted, your booking will appear on your intuitive central GigPig calendar alongside any other gigs you’ve booked through our platform — even if it’s for a different venue that you manage.
- After the gig, we make handling invoices as easy as ever with our automated payment systems.
