At the age of 11 I was introduced to House music through my older brother. Started listening to Danny Rampling on Radio 1 with his ‘Love Groove dance Party’ shows. Since then, I wanted to become a DJ. I bought my first DJ set up at the age of 17, playing House music from credible labels. Over the years I have played many venues and had the privilege to play with some of the top DJs on the circuit such as Judge Jules, Graeme Park, Allister Whitehead, Miss Moneypennys boss Jim ‘Shaft’ Ryan and Stuart Ojelay and James Garrett who run Word Of Mouth Events where I played many times. When social media became available it gave the opportunity to upload mixes and that’s when I started getting promoters/venues contacting me to play at their events and have always had me back. In some cases I became a resident at some events. I play Disco House remixes (think GLITTERBOX, Shapeshifters, Michael Gray, Dr Packer, Joey Negro/Dave Lee(JN) which are usually remixes of recognisable tracks/club classics like Chaka Khan, Jamiroquai, Alison Limerick, Uplifiting Vocal House (think Alexa Perl, Wayne Soul Avengez, Odyssey, House Gospel Choir) and House music in general, Club Classics such as Hed Kandi Classics and Classics from the 90s and 2000’s (think Robin S, Daft Punk, CeCe Penistion, Modjo, ). I have old school Garage classics (think Craig David, Sweet Female Attitude, Artful Dodger) Current venues I play: Alchemist, Brindley Place, Birmingham, Alchemist, Colmore Row, Birmingham, ALchemist, Nottingham, Cadena, Worcestershire, Manahatta, Birmingham Funk, Soul, House Fiesta, Costa Adeje, Tenerife held every February once a year.
