Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Gareth Haze is a singer/songwriter performing original material in the folk, rock, pop and blues styles; as well as acoustic versions of classic tracks, modern hits, and obscure b-sides. As a drummer and backing vocalist, he has shared the stage with touring acts such as Seether, Dead Letter Circus, and Bon Jovi, and is now stepping out from behind the kit to center stage. Gareth's latest single "Home" (featuring Mark Haze) is nearing 10000 plays on Spotify since it was released in July 2023 and has been featured on several radio stations around the world. It also peaked at number 2 on the Karoo Radio top 10 in South Africa as well as number 4 on Banks Radio Australia's top 10. A regular performer at the highly popular Midweek Jam at The Red Lion, Isleworth, Gareth has also performed at several venues in London including The Lucky Pig, Fitzrovia, The World's End, Finsbury Park, Sindercombe Social, Shepherds Bush, and Hoxton Underbelly, Shoreditch among several others. Apart from playing original songs, Gareth covers a wide range of artists including The Beatles, Foo Fighters, Oasis, Radiohead, Queen, Tina Turner, Kaleo, Nothing But Thieves, Olivia Rodrigo, Foster The People, Johnny Cash, The Lumineers, Bon Jovi, and more.
