Hi, I’m a postgraduate jazz musician at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, performing on tenor and alto saxophone, and I also double on clarinet. I have experience performing jazz, sax/DJ and function gigs across a wide range of styles including jazz, funk, soul, pop, dance and house music, in settings ranging from intimate bars and restaurants to private events and weddings. Whether providing laid-back background music or performing high energy dance tunes alongside a DJ, I’m comfortable adapting to the atmosphere of the event and reading the room to create the right vibe. As an experienced improviser and confident sight-reader, I can work in a variety of musical settings and line-ups. I can also put together jazz groups for events in a range of formats, from duos and trios to larger ensembles, and I’m available for solo saxophone performances with backing tracks or alongside a DJ. Professional, reliable and easy to work with, I aim to provide high-quality live music that enhances the atmosphere and leaves a lasting impression on guests.
