As the drummer for acclaimed electronic outfit Maribou State, Jonny has performed in front of thousands worldwide, bringing live percussive energy to headline tours, festivals and sold-out shows. His experience playing to large crowds across Europe, Asia and beyond has shaped his instinctive ability to read a room and build momentum — a skill that translates powerfully into his DJ sets. Under his solo aliases Simona Drive, Alps 2, and his own name, Jonny crafts genre-blending journeys that move fluidly through Afrobeat, world music, disco, house, techno and soul.
