DJ Murray Mint and the SO80s Live crew are taking over with an unforgettable night of pure 80s nostalgia. From iconic hits by Rick Astley, Madonna, Bon Jovi and Whitney Houston, you'll be transported straight back to the era of big hair and even bigger fun. The full themed stage experience features a Knight Rider DJ console centrepiece, light-up Rubik's cube stands and spectacular visual effects that'll make you feel like you've stepped onto a film set. This isn't just a gig—it's a full-blown 80s experience. Expect dazzling costume choreography featuring Thriller zombies and Mickey cheerleaders, energetic dance routines, hilarious stage games and giveaways that'll keep the energy soaring from start to finish. The SO80s Live dancers in full costume will have you and your mates laughing, dancing and reliving your favourite moments from the decade that defined a generation. Set in the stunning Grade II listed surroundings of STACK Lincoln's converted railway station venue on Lincoln High Street, you'll have brilliant views of the main stage from across two floors. Classics from Rick Astley, Bananarama, Madonna, Bon Jovi and Whitney Houston to name but a few, alongside DJ Murray Mint and his SO…80s Live dancers in full costume, supplying endless fun and frolics, dance routines, stage games and giveaways and interaction. Full themed Stage set with Knight Rider DJ Console centre piece, Archways and hanging foamex signage and light up rubix cubes plinth stands for visual effect. Costume Choreography to Thriller (Zombies) and Toni Basil – Mickey (Cheerleaders), it’s a cavalcade of fun from start to finish.
Situated on Lincoln High Street this venue holds 2,162 people. Its an indoor venue in the old St Marks railway station. The St Marks railway station was the first in Lincoln. It was opened by the Midland Railway in 1846. The platforms were later demolished and it was 1985 when it closed completely. The main station was incorporated into a shopping complex before been taken over by Argos. The building will now reopen as Stack venue The venue is a two floor operation with a festival size stage with excellent viewing of the main stage area. The venue supplies sound and lighting along with a sound tec for all gigs.
