This Gateshead-based four-piece—featuring 21-year-old triplet brothers Oscar, Isaac and Theo alongside bassist Logan Lovell—have already made waves across the North East, from headline shows in Newcastle and Teesside to opening for James Arthur at Middlesbrough's Riverside Stadium. Their sound is a captivating fusion of layered harmonies inspired by The Beatles and the Bee Gees, jazzy grooves channelling Jamiroquai and Steely Dan, and indie rock edge drawing from Sam Fender and Tame Impala. Spilt Milk is an indie/funk/rock band from Gateshead. Made up of 21-year-old triplet brothers, Oscar, Isaac and Theo Nolan and bassist Logan Lovell, they have been gigging for 4 years and have experience playing headline shows in Newcastle and Teesside and regularly perform at Stack venues around the North East. The bands biggest performance to date has been opening for James Arthur at Middlesbrough’s Riverside Stadium. Spilt Milk takes inspiration from a wide range of artists and bands. Their layered harmonies draw from the greats such as The Beatles, Bee Gees and The Beach boys, this is mixed with a jazzy fusion influenced by the likes of Jamiroquai, Easy Life, Steely Dan and Jellyfish whilst the rock tones pull from the grit and passion of Indie legends like Sam Fender, Tame Impala and Two Door Cinema Club.
