William Pearson | Jazz Singer

Performing at
The Potter's Heron

About this event

William Pearson, the swinging jazz vocalist from Bournemouth, is bringing his signature blend of timeless classics to The Potter's Heron in Romsey. Expect a sophisticated evening of jazz and swing standards made famous by legends like Sinatra, Bublé, and Nat King Cole, performed with the charm and elegance this Heartwood Inn deserves.

With a carefully curated setlist spanning over a century of musical classics, William crafts an atmosphere where vintage romance meets a touch of mischief. Every note is handled with care, every song chosen to transport you to another era—the kind of evening where whiskey toasts and slow dances feel entirely appropriate.

Step into The Potter's Heron for a night where style, atmosphere, and live music combine to create something genuinely timeless. From the opening set to the final glass raised at the bar, this is an evening designed to feel like stepping back into the golden age of jazz.

About the Artist

Jazz, Swing, and a fashionable amount of bad influence to keep things interesting. Resident singer at Sonny's Speakeasy Bournemouth, I perform timeless classics made famous by Sinatra, Bublé, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin and Bobby Darin -- creating a vintage, romantic atmosphere for only the classiest of audiences. Each set is designed to bring another era to life; the kind of music you toast whiskey to, fall in love to, and occasionally make questionable decisions to. Some of these songs are over a hundred years old so I handle them with care. Style matters. Atmosphere matters. The surroundings are part of the show. From the first note to the final glass raised at the bar, every performance is designed to feel timeless. So if your venue needs a little more charm, elegance and mischief... leave it to me.
