Yohan is bringing his genre-spanning expertise to Tangerine at One New Bailey. The Manchester-based DJ has built a reputation across European festivals and venues, curating sets that span everything from northern soul and disco to modern house, afrobeat and reggaeton. With an impressive collection spanning vinyl and CDJs, Yohan draws from six decades of music—expect an eclectic night that celebrates funk, soul, indie, hip hop, jazz and beyond. After years based in Berlin, Yohan is now firmly back in Manchester and ready to deliver the kind of diverse, expertly mixed sets he's known for. Whether you're after rare 70s grooves, classic R&B, contemporary electronic sounds or Latin-influenced tracks, his breadth of knowledge and passion for music shines through every performance. He's performed at some of the North West's most respected festivals and clubs, and brings that same energy and craft to every room. Yohan is a DJ that has honed his craft at venues and festivals in Manchester and across Europe, performing at festivals such as: Kendal Calling, Warehouse Project, We Out Here, El Dorado + many more. Yohan has an extensive collection of both popular and rare, 60s / 70s / 80s / 2000s / Funk / Soul / Disco / Latin / R&B / Rock / Afrobeat / Reggae / Indie / Pop / House / Hip Hop / Jazz / Electronic, on both vinyl records and performing on CDJS. Co-running the Me Gusta Collective events in Manchester, all DJ's have a vast knowledge of Afrobeat / Latin and modern electronic music and can be booked together if enquired. Growing up in the North of England with Norwegian heritage Yohan is now proudly back living in Manchester available for Private Events and Bar / Club performances after some years living in Berlin.
