About the Artist

Would you like an authentic Latino experience but keeping the Classics Pop tunes of all times? Guacamaya offers British/American pop, Afro-Caribbean music, Afro-Cuban music, Reggae, Afro-beat, Balkan, Samba, Salsa, Calypso, Merengue, Cumbia, and Drum 'n' Bass all in one band. Performing all decades from 60's to 2020's charts. Male singer or female singer, or both. We can offer variety for residencies not just setlist, but formats too. The twist in this particular tale is that they also play British and American pop bangers with a vivid Latin twist. Covering the likes of Gorillaz, Fatboy Slim, Stevie Wonder, Bad Bunny, Bill Withers, Chaka Khan, Sean Paul and a whole heap more, Guacamaya goes seriously hard and have the chops and the variety to please everyone in the room, no matter their age.

Located in the shadow of the historic Manchester Town Hall on Albert Square, Founder’s Hall is a place to meet, eat and drink. With the Brewery at the heart of the business, paying homage to the Founders and (nearly) 200 years of history in brewing, Founder’s Hall showcases a vast range of cask ales, craft lagers, traditional brews and small batch Boilerhouse beers. The food has been carefully crafted to complement the line up on the bar, with something to suit every palate; from bar snacks to home made, hand pressed pies and, of course, the best of JW Lees pub dishes.
