Amuse Bouche

For more than a decade, Amuse Bouche has been a key figure in Manchester’s underground music scene, illuminating dance floors with a sound that moves effortlessly across genres. As one-third of the Mancunian disco outfit Doodle, he has built a reputation for curating distinctive parties and delivering sets that are unpredictable, high-energy, and rich in personality. A former resident at the Inner City Electronic Festival in Leeds, he has shared line-ups with and warmed up for some of electronic music’s most revered names, including Octave One, Floating Points, Helena Hauff, Peggy Gou, and KiNK. Alongside performances at both Moovin Festival and Westival, his selections have taken him far beyond Manchester, with appearances in Ibiza, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Barcelona. His productions have also made their way into the record bags of some of the most influential artists in the scene, including Larry Heard and Moodymann, cementing his reputation well beyond local circles. With releases on acclaimed labels such as 2020 Vision and Sprechen, Amuse Bouche continues to push boundaries both in the studio and in the booth.
