About the Artist

Fingertraps is an eclectic, powerful Quintet with keyboard, bass drums, guitar and brass assembled and based in Edinburgh. A rich and Global journey through different genres , from Neo-Soul and Brazilian, Modern Jazz to Latin Sounds, with hints of R&B, D&B and more. Experimentation and new horizons are at the heart of the project, crafting a multicultural experience were Samba lead us to unlock a collective creation were the members get their share and voice, willing to discover unexplored roads, and imagining new sound landscapes on their way, Working on an Album to portray the sound of our Jungle, the sound of our World.
