About the Artist

My name is James Leslie and I’m a acoustic singer/ songwriter from Huddersfield! I play all over the north of England, Leeds, Manchester, York, Barnsley, Sheffield, East Coast, London. Throughout my career I’ve opened for Heather Small (M people) and played at Neil Warnock’s Huddersfield town leaving party at the Huddersfield town hall as well as having the opportunity to sing with Bob Marley’s cousin James Malcolm. I've played at Dingwall's London, The Parish Huddersfield, Picturedrome Holmfirth, Oast House Manchester - Mollys Sheffield. I play mostly covers but I write my own music too and play that in my sets as well whether it be opening for bands at bigger venues or playing at festivals, pubs, clubs and weddings you name the occasion.
