More Information
Jen Ella is a singer-songwriter and musician from Cork based in London. She writes about her personal life implementing tales from love, travel, growing up in Ireland, history and relationships. Following success in 2021 making BBC sound’s airplay twice with her two tracks ‘Eyes for you’ and ‘Lipstick Queen’ and 2023 with ‘I must go to the party alone’ she has spent the last few months working hard on new songs and her second EP. She became the newspaper Scotsman’s Arts Artist of the week and her track Lipstick Queen was Hotpress magazine’s track of the week. In 2019 her EP ‘Spoken words’ has featured on the RTE recommendations list. She had sold out venues such as ‘Spice of Life’ in Soho London and ‘Ballinadee Bus’ in Cork. Expect a mix of her own original music and upbeat well known 80s & 90s classics.
