Fresh from an epic Australian tour, dynamic duo Juni & Ben are bringing their raw, rootsy sound to The Botanist Reading. This Bassetlaw-based band has refined their craft across thousands of miles, blending country, 90s R'n'B, pop and folk into a high-energy set that appeals to all ages. Forged in the Aussie country pub scene, our sound is raw and rootsy – drawing influences from country, 90's R'n'B, pop and folk. Back in 2024, we completed a successful tour of small venues over a 3000 mile range between Perth and Sydney – in this time we were able to refine our sound and carefully curate a set list that catered to all ages. The combination of Juni's rhythmic guitar with Ben's thumping bass and stomp-box percussion creates a high energy atmosphere that has had many a crowd singing, dancing and shouting for more.
