More Information
Formed from years on some of Manchester’s best-loved stages, this high-energy trio delivers big songs, tight grooves, and zero filler. Between them, the guys have played venues including Blues Kitchen and Peaky Blinders Manchester, along with countless other live rooms across the city. While this lineup is new, the experience runs deep, two members bring over a decade of live performance across Portugal and the last four years on stages throughout England. Their set moves effortlessly from blues and soul to rock and ‘80s anthems. From the groove of Black Magic Woman and Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay, to crowd-pleasers like Crazy Little Thing Called Love, I’m a Believer, and Let’s Dance. Expect singalongs, dancefloor moments, and songs everyone knows played with real energy and feel. Big vibes. Big hooks. Proper live music.
Located in the shadow of the historic Manchester Town Hall on Albert Square, Founder’s Hall is a place to meet, eat and drink. With the Brewery at the heart of the business, paying homage to the Founders and (nearly) 200 years of history in brewing, Founder’s Hall showcases a vast range of cask ales, craft lagers, traditional brews and small batch Boilerhouse beers. The food has been carefully crafted to complement the line up on the bar, with something to suit every palate; from bar snacks to home made, hand pressed pies and, of course, the best of JW Lees pub dishes.
