Mike co-founded and has been a member of Teannaich Ceilidhs for 30 years – first on keyboard, mandolin and now cittern. He custom-builds string instruments both for himself and other artists, and regularly plays and sings as a solo artist and in various collaborations. He most often plays a selection of contemporary and traditional Scottish songs, taking requests and throwing in other related songs and tunes tailored to the venue and audience.
