Nyah Grace
About this event
Join us at The Wharf for an enchanting evening with Manchester-based solo artist Nyah Grace. Drawing on over 16 years of singing experience and eight years of guitar mastery, Nyah delivers intimate acoustic sets across soul, jazz, funk and pop. Her repertoire spans timeless classics from Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra to iconic pop anthems given a groovy contemporary twist, alongside her own original compositions. Whether you're seeking laid-back sophistication or uplifting musical storytelling, this is a performance not to miss.
The Wharf's unique character makes it the perfect setting for live music. With cosy nooks and crannies dotted throughout the building, you can enjoy an evening that feels both personal and special. Head downstairs for a relaxed pub atmosphere complete with an impressive selection of cask ales, wines and spirits, or venture upstairs to our restaurant offering full table service and seasonal menus. Those after a bit of fresh air will find our terrace overlooking the canal basin an ideal spot to settle in for the night.
Experience Nyah Grace's soulful artistry in one of Castlefield's most welcoming independent venues. With sets lasting 45 minutes to an hour, there's plenty of time to unwind and immerse yourself in genuine, heartfelt musicianship. Visit brunningandprice.co.uk/thewharf for more details.

More Information
With over 16 years of singing experience and 8 years playing the guitar, I adore sharing my love for music Hi there! My name is Nyah Grace and I'm a fourth year student at the Royal Northern College of Music with a love for all things soul, jazz and funk. I specialize in intimate, laid-back acoustic sets and my repertoire includes artists such as Ella Fitzgerald, The Carpenters and Frank Sinatra. I also enjoy performing iconic pop anthems and putting a groovy spin on them. I can provide three 45 minutes to 1 hour sets and have plenty of original music to perform as well. I hope to play for you someday!
Although the Wharf is a large building, there are innumerable nooks and crannies so you can find cosy, intimate rooms and alcoves, or more buzzy, dynamic areas if you prefer. Downstairs is more pub service in style, with several cask ales on the bar, a decent wine list with something for everyone, forty gins and over a fifty malts. Upstairs is more restaurant, with full table service. Our chefs develop really cracking menus which change frequently to reflect the seasons. We have a large terrace which is a really popular place to eat in Manchester with stunning views out over the canal basin.
