Steve Lowis
About this event
Join us at The Ropemaker for an evening with Steve Lowis, a Southampton-based solo artist and accomplished acoustic guitarist. With over 25 years of live performance experience, Steve brings an impressive repertoire spanning six decades of music, from the 1950s to today. Whether you're a fan of classic rock legends like Neil Young and Johnny Cash, soul stalwarts such as Bill Withers, or the best of British pop and indie, there's something here for everyone.
Steve's sets draw from his deep well of influences across pop, rock, soul, folk and britpop, creating an engaging night that appeals to all generations. Beyond his expertly crafted cover interpretations, he's also an accomplished songwriter—his album "Chapters" was selected for inclusion in the National Library's audio vault and has enjoyed regular airplay across Bulgarian, local and national radio stations. He's currently working on his new EP "Second Hand Books".
